By downloading or using RISE, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please uninstall the app.

The Service

RISE provides guided audio sessions for personal development. Content is for informational and motivational purposes only — it is not medical, psychological, or professional advice.

Subscriptions

• RISE Pro subscriptions are billed through Apple in-app purchase.
• Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• To cancel, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone.
• We do not issue refunds outside of Apple's standard refund policy.

Lifetime Access

A "Lifetime" purchase grants access to RISE Pro for as long as the RISE app is operated by Amity AI. In the unlikely event the service is discontinued, no refund is guaranteed beyond Apple's standard policy.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Anonymous use is permitted; signing in unlocks cross-device sync and progress history.

Prohibited Use

• Reverse engineering, scraping, or reproducing app content
• Sharing account access with others
• Using the service in a way that violates any applicable laws

Intellectual Property

All audio sessions, scripts, and app content are owned by Amity AI. You may not reproduce or distribute them without written permission.

Disclaimer

RISE is provided "as is." We make no guarantees about availability, accuracy, or results. Use at your own discretion.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Amity AI operates.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
