What We Collect

RISE collects the minimum data necessary to provide the service:

• Account data: Email address and password (if you sign up). Anonymous sessions require no account.
• Usage data: Sessions played, streak count, and playback progress — used to personalise your experience.
• Purchase data: Subscription status is managed by Apple (via RevenueCat). We never see or store your payment details.
• Feedback: If you submit an in-app rating or feedback, we store your message and rating.

How We Use It

• To deliver and personalise your RISE sessions
• To maintain your streak and progress history
• To send you optional push notifications (only if you opt in)
• To improve the app based on aggregate, anonymised usage patterns

What We Don't Do

• We do not sell your data to third parties
• We do not use your data for advertising
• We do not share your personal data with anyone except as required to operate the service (Supabase for database, RevenueCat for subscriptions, Cloudflare for content delivery)

Data Retention

Your account data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us. Anonymous session data is retained for up to 90 days.

Children

RISE is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
